Households & members
A household is TickTad’s shared space. Every task, note, list, expense, document and calendar entry belongs to a household, and everyone invited to it sees the same picture.
What’s in a household
Section titled “What’s in a household”- A name and optional address.
- A time zone (used for schedules and due dates).
- A life stage that controls which modules are on.
- The members you invite, each with their own login and role.
Members
Section titled “Members”Each person in a household has their own account and a role that decides what they can do. Learn more in Roles & permissions.
Inviting someone
Section titled “Inviting someone”- Open Settings → Family.
- Create an invite and share the link (or QR code).
- The person signs up and joins your household.
Invites can be scoped to a role, so you decide up front whether someone joins as a full member, an admin, or a helper.
Multiple households
Section titled “Multiple households”You can belong to more than one household (for example, your own and your parents’). Switch between them from the account menu.
