Life-stage guide — Family with kids
Kids multiply the moving parts: activities, school runs, meals, money and (often) a helper. TickTad keeps it all in one view.

- Add each child (Children).
- Invite your partner, and your helper if you have one (Helper).
Your pillars
Section titled “Your pillars”- Tasks & routines — chores for the house, assigned and confirmed.
- ECA — each child’s classes, venues and fees (ECA).
- Expenses & budgets — family spending plus ECA fees, all in one ledger.
- Calendar — the single source of truth for the week, synced to everyone’s phone.
- Inbox — school notices, receipts and notes captured as they arrive.
The weekly rhythm
Section titled “The weekly rhythm”- Sunday: a weekly review to plan the week and clear the inbox.
- Daily: capture as you go, confirm tasks at the end of the day.
Why it works
Section titled “Why it works”Everything a child’s activity touches — time, venue, fee, who takes them — lives on one ECA task, so the calendar, the expenses and the helper’s task list never drift apart.
