Archive & history
TickTad keeps a record of everything, so you can archive completed tasks without losing them.
What happens on completion
Section titled “What happens on completion”- A task’s instances stay in the timeline with who did what and when.
- Repeating tasks keep generating future instances until their end date.
Archiving
Section titled “Archiving”- Completed or obsolete tasks can be archived to keep the active list focused.
- Archived tasks are still searchable from the archive view.
Skipping and cancelling
Section titled “Skipping and cancelling”- Skip an instance you’re deliberately dropping today (e.g. “no school, skip homework”).
- Cancel a task to stop it entirely without deleting its history.
Rejected and re-tried
Section titled “Rejected and re-tried”Rejected tasks go back to the assignee. Fix, re-mark done, and confirm again — the full trail is preserved.
