Extra-curricular activities (ECA)
ECA (extra-curricular activities) covers everything the kids do outside school: classes, tuition, sports and lessons.
What an ECA task holds
Section titled “What an ECA task holds”- Schedule — recurring classes with days and times (e.g. Tue & Thu, 5pm).
- Venue and end time — so drop-off and pick-up are clear.
- Fee — per class, per month, per term, or one-off.
- Assignee — who takes them (you, your partner, or the helper).
ECA fees and expenses
Section titled “ECA fees and expenses”ECA fees flow into Expenses automatically. Set the fee once on the activity, and it shows up in your budgets and charts.
The helper connection
Section titled “The helper connection”If you employ a helper, assign “pick up / drop off” to them so the school run appears on their task list and the shared calendar.
